Introduction to Martial Arts
Eight week course starts Monday 28th April 2014
Registrations are now open for the 2014 Introduction to Martial Arts Course. This eight week course covers the basic principles of martial arts, with classes specifically aimed at students with no previous experience.
Starting any martial art can be daunting, however in this course you'll be surrounded by fellow students who are all starting at the same time, so no one has to be the new student.
Over eight weeks, students are introduced to the fundamentals of martial arts, with classes focusing on basic hand strikes, kicks, partner work, stretching and conditioning. The number of students is strictly limited, ensuring you will always have close monitoring by a senior instructor.
At all times, students are provided with detailed instruction and guidance, and mistakes and errors are expected, so you can relax and enjoy the opportunity to learn new skills in a welcoming environment.
Registration fee covers all classes, your first uniform and your first promotion test held at the end of the course.
At the completion of the course, students are invited to join Sydney Moo Duk Kwan as full members and join in with general classes.
